Baptized in the Holy Spirit

Matthew 3:1 As for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Christianity is supernatural. It would be a mistake and misrepresentation to turn Christianity into just good meetings, music, systems, principles for living, ideas, or doing good things for people.

Acts 1:-8 Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard of from Me; for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” So when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”

You are going to receive power to help you live dynamically; the life we’re called to lead, the witness God calls us to give, the mission we’re called to fulfill, the opposition we’re going to face.

God sent the Holy Spirit to help

John 14:26 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.”

God is for you; He’s on your side!

The Holy Spirit He sent will teach you all things and will help you in all arenas of your life.

Don’t make the Holy Spirit just an experience; develop a relationship with the Holy Spirit.

Embrace the immersion of the Holy Spirit: immersion with dynamic power, help, insight, and remembrance.

Enter into all that God has for you!

Luke 11:13 “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
